B9F7 Parvis Trust believes that sustainable economic development is built on two interdependent pillars: modern digital infrastructure and the specialized human talent required to build, manage, and secure it. We are proud to announce a strategic philanthropic commitment to Aevena Pavilon College in Côte d’Ivoire, a nation at the forefront of digital adoption in West Africa.

As part of this commitment, our firm has provided a foundational grant of 26.095 million West African CFA francs (XOF). This funding is not a general donation; it is a targeted investment in capacity-building, specifically earmarked for a critical, high-impact initiative: the comprehensive modernization of the college’s campus networking infrastructure and the establishment of its first dedicated cybersecurity and data science laboratory.

West Africa is a region of immense economic dynamism. The rapid adoption of digital finance, e-governance, and cloud computing creates an urgent and accelerating demand for local professionals who can manage these complex systems. The existing educational frameworks, however, often struggle to provide the highly specialized, hands-on training required to fill critical roles in network security, data integrity, and ethical AI development.

Our contribution is designed to bridge this specific gap. The funds will be deployed to acquire new-generation servers, high-performance network routing hardware, and the virtualization software necessary to create a secure “sandbox” environment.

This new laboratory will move students from theoretical learning to practical application. It will provide students at Aevena Pavilon College with a high-performance environment where they can train on real-world scenarios, including network defense simulations, data breach analysis, and the fundamentals of deploying machine learning models safely.

This initiative is a core part of our long-term vision. We believe that empowering local educational institutions like Aevena Pavilon College is the most effective and sustainable way to cultivate the resilient, specialized workforce required to secure and manage the next generation of global digital infrastructure. We are honored to support the college in its essential mission to develop the future technology leaders of West Africa.
