From Madrid to the Baltic: B9F7 Establishes Strategic Presence in Europe’s Digital Frontier

B9F7 Parvis Trust has established a new strategic office in Tallinn, Estonia. This move is not a simple geographic expansion; it is a deliberate and significant enhancement of our core investment thesis, connecting our Madrid-based operations directly to one of the world’s most advanced digital societies and a global epicenter for cybersecurity.

We do not view this expansion as a simple market entry. We view Tallinn as a “living laboratory” for the core principles that drive our firm. For over two decades, Estonia has pioneered what it means to be a truly digital-native society. Its X-Road national data exchange, its world-class digital identity framework, and its unwavering cultural commitment to data integrity have created a unique, high-trust ecosystem. This is an environment where the concepts of Data Sovereignty and secure Network Infrastructure—principles we actively invest in—are not abstract goals, but proven, state-scale realities.

Our new Tallinn office will serve a dual purpose, acting as both a regional investment hub and a critical center of excellence for our global operations.

First, it will be our dedicated platform for identifying and partnering with the most promising early-stage and growth-stage companies in the Baltic and Nordic regions. This area has a world-renowned track record of producing exceptionally capital-efficient, deeply technical, and globally ambitious companies, particularly in our core focus areas of Artificial Intelligence, Data Security, and critical infrastructure software.

Second, and just as critically, the office will serve as a “strategic listening post.” Estonia’s unique position, including its role as host to the NATO Cooperative Cyber Defence Centre of Excellence (CCDCOE), provides our team with unparalleled, real-time insight into the new frontier of digital security. This deep, specialized expertise is no longer a niche concern. As our core theses in New Energy and AI demonstrate, the digital and physical worlds are converging. The security of a modern, decentralized energy grid is now, fundamentally, a cybersecurity challenge. The integrity of an enterprise-grade AI is a data governance challenge.

By establishing this presence in Tallinn, B9F7 is strategically positioning itself at the nexus of these two worlds. We are bridging the innovation from our Madrid hub with the deep, hardened security and data governance expertise pioneered in the Baltic. This synthesis will not only inform our direct investments but will also provide invaluable strategic guidance to our entire portfolio, ensuring our thesis remains resilient and at the forefront of change.
